Sea Forrest Power Solutions Pte Ltd (Sea Forrest), a subsidiary company of BH Global, has signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Vestera Resources Sdn Bhd (Vestera), initiating a collaborative effort to bring sustainable solutions to the maritime and offshore sector in Malaysia.

Focused on addressing the growing demand for green energy, this partnership introduces advanced energy management systems delivered through electric and hybrid propulsion solutions, marine charging, energy saving, and energy storage systems.

The aim is to provide ship-owners, port operators, and oil and gas companies with practical and compliant green solutions by leveraging on the partnership’s strengths.
